Elegance
‘Elegance’, this is one of my most challenging forms to date. I am really excited to have completed it and love the lighter finish on the sapwood which creates a deeper contrast. The form is 30″ Tall x 15″ x 8″. I started with a 100 Lb Ambrosia maple half log and carved it down to 5 Lbs . 13 lbs with the base.
Grey Area
Elegant Abstract sculpture that was turned and carved from maple. Textured, sanded and painted chalk grey & white. Finished with satin lacquer.
Lost Treasure
Wave form wall sculpture wave form. Spalted red maple sculpted down from a 80 Lb block to 6 Lbs, light lacquer finish. 18″ Dia. x 6″ Deep.
Shell Form 1
Abstract wall sculpture. Carved from end grain red oak. Lightly textured and sandblasted with a gray wash finish. Dims: 24” diameter x 2.5” deep.

On Course
‘On Course’, This form is 29″ Tall x 14″ x 8″. I started with a 90 Lb Ambrosia red maple half log and carved it down to 7 Lbs . Light Lacquer finish.
Textured Shell
Wall sculpture turned & carved from a piece of red oak. The shape was inspired by ocean shell forms. Textured & sandblasted with a white-wash and lacquered finish, Dims: 14.5″ Dia. x 2″D.
