‘On Course’, This form is 29″ Tall x 14″ x 8″. I started with a 90 Lb Ambrosia red maple half log and carved it down to 7 Lbs . Light Lacquer finish.
Corset
Wall sculpture. Turned, carved & sandblasted Spalted Oak, 14”W x 14”L x 4”D. Inspiration comes from searching and finding beautiful wood that I can sculpt into a form with movement.
Elegance
‘Elegance’, this is one of my most challenging forms to date. I am really excited to have completed it and love the lighter finish on the sapwood which creates a deeper contrast. The form is 30″ Tall x 15″ x 8″. I started with a 100 Lb Ambrosia maple half log and carved it down to 5 Lbs . 13 lbs with the base.
